Gear products successfully completed delivery with quality assurance

In December 2025, our company successfully delivered gear products to a thermal power plant in Europe with excellent quality and precise technology.

The gear supplied this time has a diameter of 150mm and is made of high-strength 42CrMo material. It is manufactured through multiple core processes such as forging, quenching and tempering heat treatment, and precision machining. It exhibits excellent performance in key mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, and impact toughness, with precise control of dimensional accuracy. The finished product fully meets the customer's drawing requirements.

Our company conducts rigorous inspections on all dimensions of our products before shipment, covering key processes such as chemical composition analysis, UT testing, mechanical performance testing, and full-size review, ultimately achieving 100% product qualification.
