On January 14, 2026, our company completed the delivery of the grinding machine spindle supplied to a mining machinery enterprise in Peru, South America.
The shaft has a maximum diameter of 450mm and a total length of 1860mm. It is made of 4340 material and the customer requires a hardness range of 320-360HB. The measured hardness of the finished product is 352HB, which is suitable for high load conditions of heavy-duty grinding equipment in mines. The shaft delivered this time has undergone rigorous testing throughout the entire process: the chemical composition of the raw materials meets the ASTMA751 standard, and multiple non-destructive tests such as ultrasonic testing (ASTM A388), penetrant testing (ASTME165), and magnetic particle testing (ASTMA275) have been completed simultaneously. At the same time, a complete set of certificates for hardness, heat treatment, dimensional inspection, etc. have been issued, and all indicators meet the customer's technical requirements.
This cooperation is another practice for our mining machinery components to expand into the South American market. With a reliable quality and compliant certification system, it lays the foundation for further regional business deepening
